Current Status
The patient has been suffering from a persistent dull pain extending from her neck to both shoulders, which has caused significant stress in her daily life. Having previously undergone treatment for her lower back at our clinic, she visited us this time specifically seeking treatment for her cervical spine.
Examination
MRI Scan
This is the MRI scan of the cervical spine. *Herniated discs* are observed at three levels: C4/5, C5/6, and C6/7. The disc volume is showing a decreasing trend, with some areas potentially reduced by up to 50%. Since decompression treatments (such as PLDD etc.) are contraindicated under medical guidelines in such cases, we explained that the *Discseel® Procedure* would be an excellent indication for her.
Treatment
Annulogram
This shows the annulogram examination being performed on the intervertebral discs. We were able to confirm leakage of the contrast agent from the damaged areas of the discs, confirming that the patient is a suitable candidate for the Discseel® Procedure.

Pre- and Post-Treatment X-rays
These are the X-ray images from before and after the treatment. The left side is before treatment, and the right side is after treatment. The procedure took about 18 minutes. Since we use sedatives, the patient did not experience any pain or anxiety.
