Patient's Condition

The patient began experiencing nerve pain from his buttocks to the back of his thighs 6 years ago. In the last six months, the nerve pain has occurred after walking for a few minutes. Imaging Examination

The MRI examination showed deformation of the disc between the fourth and fifth lumbar vertebrae, diagnosed as disc hernia. The leg nerves are also compressed, diagnosed as spinal stenosis.
